In order to make this process as easy as possible, I have put together a few questions that I would like you to answer before we move forward.

Please fill out the following questions as completely as possible.

After submitting your ideas, please email your reference photos to help describe your tattoo concept. Please note that I prefer to do custom designs for my tattoos, so as to not copy another artist's design and to give you an original piece of art. However, it does help a lot to have reference images from you to serve as inspiration for your tattoo. That way I know what styles you are interested in the most. If there are any pieces of work from my portfolio that you like, please include those as well.

I really enjoy the blackwork style of tattooing, Black & Grey Realism, Trash Polka, and Geo/abstract. I have recently started taking on Cover up and rework projects, if you have anything you would like covered up/reworked send in photos of your existing work to Davidmushaneytattoos@yahoo.com
